Head and neck alone being heat

Asked for Female, 23 Years

My baby is 8 months old and she is suffering from fever and vomit and loose motion problem. Consulted pediatrician and gave medicines. Vomit has stopped. Fever is getting low and again getting high and again getting low. But mostly her body and legs are normal or cold. Only her head neck and chest being hot. Is it normal fever or anything abnormal? Kindly advise why fever is making head part alone heat. And advise what to do next? It's already 2 days she is suffering from this. Please advise.

Mam, sometimes with high fever limbs may turn cold. You should measure temperature before you administer medication. Make your baby wear loose comfortable clothing .
