Head and ear heating issue
From last 1 month I feeling hot after eating at chest neck and burning sensation in mouth and ear also I have a swelling in neck which is soft come and goes i feel fervish like symtomps but when I measure tempture seems normal in thermometer
It's affecting my daily life can anyone help with me with this condition

1st you are suffering from gastric reflux most probably you are eating food you are allergic to causing gastritis and neck swelling.
However neck swelling cannot be taken lightly ..se need consultation here. We will rule out serious conditions first and may need scans after consultation process.

Hello sir, your symptoms of burning in chest/neck and mouth with soft neck swelling suggest possible acid reflux or allergy-related issue.
Normal thermometer readings mean the “feverish” feeling may not be true fever.
Please get checked by a physician/ENT to rule out GERD, thyroid, or lymph node problems.
