Head and body aches fever and vomet.

Asked for Female, 39 Years

I am suffering from fever 102° from 4 days and vomet too I am unable to eat anything. Fever is finishing and again coming and from 1 day I am also suffering from loose motion. Due to being with me all the time my daughter also had a fever so I think it's viral. I am suffering from weakness too. only by the smell of the food I get vomet but I hunger
