Head&uper neck feel heavy

My head and upper neck feels heavy all the time, I can't concentrate,focus,feeling disoriented with left side ,pain behind left eye also in the morning, it's kinda strain feeling from upper neck up to my eyes, sometimes I feel a fluid is moving in head please sugest what it is?I m vry distrbd on this. CT Report attcd

hello.. I would suggest you to meet a neurologist just to correlate your symptoms with the ct report...its looks like you had some episode of ischaemia to brain...cause has to be analysed and v need to examine you as well
