Having a slight head ache since 10 days, as a notice board of my office fell on my head 10 days back..: Have never had a head ache related issue in my life before

Hello there I can understand your concern. I would suggest you get it checked out by a general physician. As of now you can take tab. Paracetamol 650mg twice a day after food. It should subside if it doesn't consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards Dr anil kumar jain Bangalore
