May i know that, Is giving honey nipple safe for 3month baby?

Well... congrats on being a first time mom. I understand your dilemma. See the there is nothing wrong in giving pacifiers like honey nipple as long long as u sterilise it and keep it absolutely clean. The reason why the baby sucks it’s thumb is
1) it’s a natural response of the baby so there is no need for correcting it at this age .
2 ) confirm if ur breast milk is sufficient by expressing it in a katora and measure it wit a measuring cup or a syringe. If it’s very less and the baby becomes hungry again it will suck more.
3) spend at least 10 min on each breast and make sure the baby attaches to breast well .
