Pls suggest medicine for him, we are staying safe at home, we didnt go out... i dono whether he is dehydrated, he is drinking lot of water now and active too

If he is having fever you can give paracetamol Syp.orally 6 th hrly.. also as you are trying rightly to make him drink liquids as punch as possible..

No age , no weight mentioned Can’t tell the dose For fever give paracetamol , u can give every 6 hrs

Paracetamol can be given for fever ,weight is not mentioned. Please consult to doctor if fever is persistent. You can vdo consult.
