HCG injection and missed periods. Now?

Hi.doctor...I'm 26 yrs old ,had hypo thyroidism which is normal in range,we r planning for baby since 1 n half year,last month doctor told to get follicular study reports.shown normal follicles.... on 13 th day of my cycle she injected HCG injection 5000iu,on 15 th day we got right side follicule ruptured,n also preferred to take dydrogestrone tablets from day 15 I took for 15 days.my last month period is 18-02-2022till now I didn't get my periods ,Im having white stretchy discharge since a week n also having mild pain in right abdomen n lower back of right side,feeling my breasts r heavy,n mild pulling pain in vagina.. n also I took clomiphene tablets from 19 Feb for 5 days.,what to do now? Pls suggest feeling nervous!
