urine pregnancy test becomes positive after you miss your periods 3 to 4 days. Blood test is confirmatory . A Bhcg test would confirm pregnancy or no pregnancy.can do this test even before missing the period 24 th day of cycle.

Many of these tests, hCG can be detected in your urine about 10 days after conception. However, taking it after your missed period reduces the chance of getting a false-negative
