Reference to attach reports i had reduced my Hba1c from 6.6 to 6.2 in seven months. As well as average of 143 down to 131. But as per fasting it's 101 and PP it's 175. So How to control both fasting and PP. I am not taking liquid sugar But eating all types of sweet dish. Only taking some time dulabi. Can I take okamet or any other tablet to reduce fasting or Pp sugar levels

Hi., I can understand your concern. No need of medication for now. Just plan for regular walking and exercise. Avoid processed and outside food items. Redo test after a month. If same thing happens, we can plan for meds.

You do not need to further reduce fasting & PP blood sugar since ur reports are acceptable. But continue with healthy diet (high fibre, low fat) and adequate physical activity. Avoid smoking & alcohol. Have a good night's sleep (early to bed & early to rise). Drink adequate amount of water throughout the day.
