HbA1c Level
I would like your advice on my recent lab results from January 16, 2026. My HbA1c has risen to 7.5%, showing an upward trend from 6.85% in October and 7.0  in July. My current fasting glucose is 140 mg/dL.   I am currently taking Metformin 500SR twice daily and walking 1 hour per day. My other markers are, including a Creatinine of 0.92 mg/dL, SGPT (ALT) of 25 U/L. SGOT 15, Lipid Profile: Triglycerides 96 mg/dL , HDL is 62 mg/dL,Cholesterol 182, LDL 111 My Question: Given this upward trend, can I safely add one tablet of Himalaya Diabecon ( Ayurvedic ) at night alongside my Metformin to help lower my fasting / Hb1AC levels? Or should I stick to my current dosage and a stricter diet for 3 months before re-testing?
