Hii...If the RCT is in your upper teeth, then you should take the consent of your ENT surgeon then proceed with the dental treatment... If RCT is to be done in lower teeth, then you can go for the treatment...

As per me, you can go for RCT. If required,  then your treating doctor/dentist may ask you to get the consent from.ENT specialist.
