Having severe Pain in periods
Hi Doc,
I am facing severe pain and cramps on 1st day of period from last 6 months with very less flow(2Days, sometimes only spotting).
Every time period comes with very less flow and with severe pain. Before Feb,2020 Flow was normal(5days) and pain was minimum.
Also, I got married in Feb, Please suggest

You should get your ultrasound scan pelvis done to rule out any cause of severe dysmenorrhoea. If no cause is detected then taking few medications on a regular basis can solve your problem. Bleeding less during period should not be a problem till your periods are coming regularly on their own without any medication.

It could be pelvic infection , endometriosis etc
So consult gynaecologist for proper clinical examination n investigations including pelvic ultrasound.... without proper diagnosis ur problems will not resolve completely
