Having Piles and blood discharge
Having piles and very painful during toilet or gas discharge. Everyday in morning toilet it is also blood discharging along with toilet. After letrine it is very painful for next 3-4 hours.
It is been started since last 15 days only. Before that it was very normal and even I could eat everything. Now I am also taking care in food e.g. not taking hot,spicy and oily food.
I am seeking for permenent treatment without operation if possible. Please help me to get right and well experienced doctor.

It could be due to a problem called fissure take high fibre diet get thyroid function test done consult a doctor some time surgery might be needed
