Having pain in vagina

Hi, My wife is suffering from pain in vagina while she is going for washroom for peeing. And she has a to go to washroom every half n hour. Pain is not continuous, it is varying, but it is increasing at night time. And she is facing this problem from last four days.Looking for guidance what could be the problem. Thanks.
