Having pain in stomach

Asked for Female, 18 Years

Hii doctor, From last 2 months my gf is having stomach pain just above her navel. And she has also missed her periods. We went to a doctor, she got blood and pregnancy kit checkup but we couldn't find anything. She is not pregnant for sure. Can you please tell me what's the problem with her? Sometimes it pains excessively that she starts to cry. I'm too worried for her. Doctor please tell me treatment for her problem.
