Having pain in lower back
My right ankle was twisted about 6-7 months ago. I started feeling pain in lower back now it pains while sitting and for toilet and also in bending,the X-RAY is normal, doctor gave me muscle relaxation pills, I felt okay for short time then again pain occured.Please reply.

There must be a jerk in back during ankle twist..but if the spasm is severe then the pain May not subside with ms relaxant you may have to undergo physiotherapy treatment with ultrasound and ift with exercises...just consult someone and take a few sessions..

Your problem now has become chronic case,since u twisted ur ankle so sudden jerk or slip of disc might have occurred at ur back.
Next Steps
do heating twice a day. apply any pain killer gel with gentle hands. visit to a near by therapist so that machines can be placed with required exercises.
Health Tips
don't do any forward bending. don't sit for long hours. change ur if it is old one. always turn and then get up from bed.
