Having pain in left hip.
Having pain in left hip,it's a sciatica pain.I am suffering,from last 1 to 2 months.Not continous but sometimes.I have noticed it,when i get up from bed.When i walk,when i put pressure on it.Then it pains.And when i bend,then it pains.When i lie on bed,then also.

If u have pain only on hip region then consult a orthopaedic surgeon,if ur getting radiating pain towards leg or having back ache u can go to a physiotherapy center near by u

Apply diclofenac ointment to the area of pain starting and cover it with a cloth. after 10mins clean it and do hot water fermentation, repeat this twice a day, sciatica is pain starts from lower back side upper buttock only one sided pain. also i suggest you to turn the mattress upside down as the pain you are getting is afyer you woke uo from bed. Take acemiz MR if pain is severe. If possible visit nearest physiotherapy centre and take IFT and ultrasound for a wek to reduce this and strenghtening exercises will help reduce the pain completely.

Hello there... Sciatica pain starts from lumbar spine and travels downwards crossing your hips, knee & calf. It's a stabbing pain. Since you haven't mentioned it, I think it's a localised backpain. There are 2 types of back pain 1) Spinal origin & 2) S-I joint origin. Spinal origin pain usually hurts in one posture that is either bending, straightening etc. SI joint dysfunctional pain can create pain in any posture , even while resting ( when aggravated ). This pain can give rise to spinal pain as well. As SI joints on the hips are the foundation for the entire spine. If the foundation is shaky the whole spine will be 'unstable' or inefficient

I suggest you to try hotpacks for a 5 days ,4 times a day 10 mins just to relax and soothen the sore muscles and start with bridging , knee to chest bending alternate exercise, butterfly exercise ( slow ) if the pain doesn't go down go see a Physio

Apply ice pack three times a day 15 min-20min everyday. Apply volini gel or diclofenac gel as well. Do back strengthening exercises. And knee isometric exercises. Avoid lifting heavy weight. Avoid forward bending.
