Your problems seem to involve different systems, so it is important to address them separately. Chronic anal fissure with sentinel tag and spasm. This usually happens due to hard stools, constipation, and tight anal sphincter muscles. Take warm sitz baths (sit in warm water for 10–15 minutes, twice daily).Avoid constipation completely,Drink plenty of water,Eat fruits, vegetables, and high-fiber food.Use a stool softener only after consulting a doctor. If symptoms do not improve in 6–8 weeks, consult a general surgeon.
