Having mouth ulcers
Iam facing mouth ulcers every month twice to thrice, it pains very badly and heals within a week ,when i asked to doctor he told because of stress but i dont feel any strees really,but i had nuro problem last year and i am a smoker. Pls adivse is it vitamin deficiency or something else.

Hello. There are various reasons for ulcers and they usually heal in 7-10days time.you can take cap becozinc once daily after food for 15 days and apply dologel-CT gel on the ulcers half an hour before the meals for 7 days ,drink lots of water.smoking leads to dryness of mouth so it's better if u can avoid it.moreover if after ths also ulcers recur then u need to get iron and vit b levels checked.you can also call for further queries.
