My brother is have high LDH 671,ferritin 673 ng/ml,and in ct scan it shows multiple splenomegly with no foca lesion also multiple enlarged non necrotic bilsteral inguinal external ilac lymph nodes are seen largest 2.5 cm in dhort diameter and few sub cm sized retroperitonial and periportal lymp nodes, please sggest what is this?
