It all started with throat infection, fever, cold. All the issues has been resolved, now it started cough. Please suggest for best medicines, antibiotics and syrups for cough. When i cough, i cough hard, when i wake up and when its evening time and during night, I cough hard.

Dear , as u said its started fever ,cold ,sore throat all symptoms of flue but u didn't consulted doctor .
Rest , plenty of liquids and would have helped with doctor consultation
Now need to consult doctor and have medicine to avoid further pneumonia .

You need some test.
Approch ER for proper HISTORY n local examintion if needed some test. It's strictly instruted not to write any medicine or PRESCRIPTION. So CONSULT LOCALLY or ER, or on practo. Ok.

Since it has been some time since cough started, kindly get a few tests done before startng further antibiotics. Cbp, esr, sputum culture and sensitivity. Also require the name of antibiotics and other medications that you have taken. Kindly take an online consult with me for further management
