Having chest pain and back pain
I am 28 years old and i am having pain in middle of chest and middle of upper back. I cant even breath without pain. I am having pain continously from yesterday night. Is this anything serious?

Chest pain may be due to gastritis,  acidity. It can be muscular in origin, or may be lung or abdominal infection, cardiac.
