Haven't had period

Asked for Female, 20 Years

Hi!! I Haven't had my period in a month.Was on my period March 10-13, then I had the morning after pill on March 22 and then got short period from March 29-April 1. Did not have unprotected sex, just took it to make sure. But now have'nt had a period since. Have been to doctor for other reasons and took a pee/pregnancy test to check and they did'nt mention it.
