Have pain from back hip joint to knee
I had normal delivery 45days before..even though it is normal i am unable to bend and not able to walk properly. Have a severe back pain and also from hip joint to palm paining like anything. Is there any oil or exercise for this?

Your back back pain could be due to two reasons one is muscle weakness and other one is spasm. You should give hot water fomentation for 15-20min thrice a day. You can use Volini gel or spray provided you are not allergic. You should avoid lying on your stomach instead you can lie on your back with pillows underneath your knees or on your sides. You should do back strengthening exercises with proper guidance. Avoid stooping forward while feeding your baby. Avoid bending activities and weight lifting. Avoid sitting without back support.

Try to apply ice pack three times a day 10 min-15min. Start doing back strengthening exercises for better results. During feeding use pillow under your back. Try to avoid sitting for long. Also start doing pelvic floor muscles strengthening. Core muscles strengthening.and knee isometric exercises will also helpful.you can't ignore this.
