Have lower abdominal pain since 10 days

Me and my bf had an unprotected intercourse for safety concerns i took an ipill i had the lower abdominal pain the next day and followed by my period even after period the pain persist. Day by day the pain is making me worse.i consulted a doctor they said it might me UTI and i m continuing the tablets given to UTI
