Have fever from 5 days.

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Hi sir, I am suffering with fever from 28th,fever comes in night at 9pm or sometimes at 4 am. There is no cold cough,no other problem.i have consulted with near by doctor she gave me two days medicine with some antibiotic and paracetamol, but condition is same now fever is coming and feel good after full body heavy sweat. On 1st Oct she prescribed test CBC,malaria and dengue. There is some highlight in CBC but other are negative.she again changed some medicine that I am taking. Now I have so much weakness in my body and slight pain in lower abdomen. I have uploaded all reports in app. Kindly help and suggest. I am non smoker non drinker.
