diabetes, low stamina, almost 10kgs overweight after baby. But I've struggled with weight always. Junk food intake is 3-4times a week like grill sandwich, pao bhaji or sweets. Taking 500mg glyciphage at night and100mg thyroxine. My sister suggested thyrowel supplement but I'm not sure if I should have it while breastfeeding. I don't have pcod. Periods were regular. Evenings I feel low on energy inspite of having thyroxine. I need a wholistic solution to my issues. I'm currently going for 1 hr. Exercise cum dance class. Currently I've stopped
calcium and iron supplements make my stool lil hard and cause pain to anus as during pregnancy I got hemmorhoids and piles. Haven't taken any treatment for that as it depends on what food I eat. I don't eat bread. Its rare. I'm vegetarian but consume milk and eggs. Please give wholistic solution.
