Please refer to the attached photos. My mother developed this a week or so earlier and it's not going away. We tried to apply antiseptic skin to soften it up, but it hasn't helped. Without biopsy, does this atleast look like basal cell carcinoma? If yes, how can it be treated? If no, what can it be?
Patient history: Diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer in January. Lumpectomy performed. Post surgery chemotherapy and radiation completed. Patient under regular check up now.
