I am an adult. I was diagnosed with anal fissure. I was prescribed "duphalac" I am using 10ml dosage before bedtime. Then why am I still constipated?

Probably the dosage needs to be changed or laxative need to be changed. High fibre diet. Also type of constipation etc need to be evaluated. Discuss in detail.
