Hard stool
5 years ago surgery was done for anal fissure. Now again I have developed severe hard stool. Feeling intense urge but stool is not coming and I am getting fear of again Painful anal fissure  .Please tell how can I soften this hard stool so that I can avoid anal fissure this time .

do not go for laxatives!!.. rather go for stool softeners like dulcoflex in your case
