Hard lump roof of mouth
I found lump on roof of mouth from 7 months went for ct scan all clear kimonos hard not visible doctor say they can't do anything this very small bump but I often irritated by touching again and again

Hi sir...   As the CBCT clearly shows you dont have any bone defects... No need to worry... As the report did not mentioned  the location of lump.. If the lump is near the third molar(Wisdom tooth) region, it may be due to that tooth... In this condition you need to undergo surgical extraction of wisdom teeth.... It may also due  to carious molar teeth ( second molar) ..In this condition root canal treatment f concerned tooth should be done... x_ray (IOPA) of the concerned tooth should be done to check for carious lesions...

As it is clearly mentioned that no such pathology is present so might b due to the impacted tooth its paining or the second last tooth is carious and severe infection is caused so it requires rct more can be clear looking onto ur  rays
