Hard lump on under eyelid since a year
Lump getting bigger in winter season. Tried hot packs and gentle massage daily.And it went away in middle soon after a month it reappeared.

Hi.. Now if it has been there for a long time .you may hv to go for a small procedure to get rid of it permanently.

Hi Looks like a chalazion which is chronic infection of lid glands. This will not subside by only conservative treatment as you have already tried. Will require a small simple procedure called incision and drainage under local anesthesia Pl consult a nearby ophthalmologist  for the same Thanks
