Hard leg pain at night

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Hi, I'm 24 male my legs are paining hardly at night and when I try to sleep left or right side my hands are paining and on the left side I feel pain in my hand and blood circulation stops,shortness of breathe. I have hypothyroid since 1nd half year taking thyrox- 100, I feel very itchy in sun and not able to stay just more than 5 mins I feel losing energy and sleepy.
