  4. Hand shaking. Till now. what to do!

I am a high blood pressure patient. I controlled it with medicines,and diet but couldn't fully quit smoking.When I smoke my hands shake as well as many times body shakes hand shakes. I dont have any neurological problem till now. What to do

ok. this could be smoking related or sometimes familial problem called essential tremors.  do worry it will improve with medicines.  please consult a neurologist in your area
