Hand sanitizer in eye

Hello , my son 3 year old got hand sanitizer in one eye , I washed it with water as he was crying, but after 4 hrs no redness is there, will it cause any problem?

Hello, If he has no redness /pain/ watering eye ,then he is fine. Use a lubricant eye drop for his eyes,like refresh tears, four to six times a day for a week.
