Hand and chest pain......

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Pain around left hand elbow and little finger from last 5 to 6 years it's dissappear and again come back. From last 3 to 4 days little pain in left side chest area and little bit breathing problems and simontenously pain occurs just left chest back side just after the left arm wings. What's the causes this 2 problems.
