With TSH 7 start  tab Eltroxin 12.5 microgram daily before breakfast. Repeat thyroid profile after a month and share results. Hypothyroidism does cause hair loss, scanty or no menses. Take high protein diet, tab antoxid one morning and one evening for 30 days. Do warm oil Massage over scalp at least 2 times per week, then wash with some gentle shampoo.

Your symptoms suggest that your thyroid function is likely underactive, known as hypothyroidism, which can cause hair loss, an itchy scalp, and changes in your menstrual pattern. A TSH value of 7.0 is higher than normal and usually indicates that your thyroid is not producing enough hormone. This slows down your body’s metabolism, leading to hair thinning, irregular or lighter periods, and fatigue. Stress and long sitting hours can worsen hormonal imbalance. Yes, you should repeat the thyroid profile (TSH, Free T3, Free T4) now, since it has been a few months. Also, check serum prolactin, LH, FSH, and vitamin D levels to assess hormonal balance properly. If TSH remains high, starting a low dose of thyroxine is usually advised (under supervision), but it should be adjusted based on repeat test results and clinical symptoms. Do not worry, once thyroid levels are corrected, both your hair and menstrual cycles will gradually normalize. You can also take an online consultation on Practo so I can guide you safely.

You need treatment for Hypothyroidism. In fact you may be suffering from deficiency of some vitamins and minerals. You should get a complete health package (including Vit B 12, D 3 , TSH, HbA1C) done and consult a General Physician or a Gynaecologist for further management.
