Hairfall for 16 yo
I have been experiencing severe hair fall for the past ~3 months, which is getting worse over time. The hair fall happens even with very gentle touch and sometimes comes out in clumps. I can see white bulbs at the root, which suggests hair is falling from the roots. There is visible thinning, especially on the crown and middle part, and my ponytail has become noticeably thinner. There are gaps visible in the scalp, particularly at the top. I also have persistent dandruff with itching, which becomes worse after 1–2 days of washing. The scalp feels very sensitive and irritated, especially on the crown area, and sometimes hurts even without touching. I do not clearly see strong regrowth yet, and some shorter hairs are present but seem thinner and uneven.I had a prolonged illness (around a month) where my body felt extremely weak and I could barely move or sit properly. Since then, hair fall started and has been ongoing. I also had a habit of tight hairstyles (like pigtails/ponytails)

Aapke symptoms (diffuse hair fall with white bulbs + recent illness history + dandruff/itching) suggest karte hain ki ye mainly telogen effluvium ho sakta hai, jo illness/stress ke baad commonly hota hai. Saath me scalp dandruff (seborrheic dermatitis) bhi contribute kar raha hai. Good thing ye hai ki ye condition usually reversible hoti hai, lekin proper management zaroori hota hai. Abhi ke liye: - Tight hairstyles avoid karein - Mild shampoo + anti-dandruff care use karein - Nutrition (protein, iron) ka dhyan rakhein Lekin since hair thinning noticeable hai, exact cause confirm karna important hai (iron levels, thyroid, scalp evaluation etc). Aap chahein to aapka detailed history aur reports review karke step-wise treatment plan guide kar sakta hoon.

You should identify the underlying cause of hair loss, such as nutrient deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, or autoimmune conditions.

Looks like hair fall after illness + dandruff issue. Do: • Anti-dandruff shampoo 2–3 times/week • Avoid tight hairstyles • Take good diet (protein, iron) Usually improves in 2–3 months. You can consult me for proper treatment and follow-up.
