Yes. Or just cut it near the root . Just one hair isn't a problem. However start MULTIVITAMIns, drink plenty, eat healthy and avoid sedentary lifestyle/stress

Hi Just pluck it. Single white hair is not a serious concern. For healthy hair I would recommend to have Multivitamins, vitamin E and avoid stress
