Hair loss problem

My hair's thinning on my scalp. I have tried onion juice , castor oil, indu lekha , even minoxidil 5% . but no improvement. Small bits of baby hairs are growing but they're very weak and shedding off when I comb my hair. Is there a solution which really works ?
