Hair loss on scrotum. Please help.

I'm no stranger to hair loss and loss of pigment. Recently I've been involved in various stressful situations, and my recently shaved moustache is growing back grey - which is fine....it supposedly gives me a refined look. But I have to wonder at what point the body decides to shed hairs from the scrotum. I've always been curious as to why so many public urinals are decorated with short curly hairs, never having that problem myself. Now I'm losing hairs from the direct centre underside. Help
