I have been experiencing hair loss and thinning (can see widening of hair partition) for almost 1.5 years.40-50% hair volume has also been lost. I have started taking biotin supplements for a month now. Should I incorporate vitamin B12 as well? Kindly share if you have any other suggestions.

There are many factors which causes hair fall . Thyroid problems, lack of proper rest and diet, excessive stress,etc can cause hair fall.
Balanced protein diet, daily leaffy vegetables intake, drinking of plenty of water will help. Take iron and vitamin supplements regularly. Sleeping for atleast 7-8 hours daily will definitely help.
If all these fail consult dermatologist.
