Experiencing hair fall can be distressing, and there are several potential causes for it. Here are a few common reasons for hair fall: Genetic factors: Hair loss can be influenced by genetic factors, such as a family history of hair thinning or pattern baldness. Hormonal changes: Imbalances in hormones, such as during pregnancy, childbirth, menopause, or thyroid disorders, can contribute to hair fall. Nutritional deficiencies: Inadequate intake of essential nutrients like vitamins (especially B vitamins), minerals (such as iron and zinc), and proteins can affect hair health. Stress and lifestyle factors: High stress levels, poor sleep patterns, unhealthy diet, and excessive styling or heat treatments can contribute to hair fall. Medical conditions and medications: Certain medical conditions like alopecia areata, scalp infections, and underlying health conditions can lead to hair loss. Additionally, certain medications and treatments like chemotherapy can cause hair fall. It's important to identify the underlying cause of your hair fall to address it effectively. I recommend consulting with a dermatologist or a trichologist who specializes in hair and scalp health. They can evaluate your condition, perform necessary tests if required, and provide you with an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment options. Remember, self-medication or relying solely on hair oils may not address the root cause of your hair fall. A professional evaluation and guidance are essential to determine the best course of action.

Foods like eggs, nuts, leafy greens, and lean meats can all help support healthy hair. Avoid harsh styling practices: Certain hairstyles, such as tight braids or ponytails, can cause damage to your hair and contribute to hair loss. Try to avoid these styles and opt for looser hairstyles instead. Use gentle hair care products: Harsh shampoos and conditioners can also contribute to hair loss. Look for gentle, natural hair care products that are free from sulfates and parabens. Consider using topical treatments: There are
