Hair line cut on penis

Asked for Male, 36 Years

Recently 2-3 month I observed small cuts on my penis. It used to burn while doing toilet. I observed small cuts on my foreskin then I used to pull back skin and do toilet. I feel I still have 2-3 hairline cuts. Please suggest what could be the potential problem with me. Is it normal?
