Hair growth is a biological process heavily influenced by genetics, nutrition, and hormonal balance. Slow hair growth in your 30s can often be attributed to deficiencies in certain micronutrients like Biotin, Iron, or Zinc, or sometimes underlying issues like Thyroid imbalance or high stress (Telogen Effluvium). To achieve faster and healthier growth, we need a 'top-down' approach focusing on internal nutrition and external scalp health."
Next Steps
Protein-Rich Diet: Hair is primarily made of a protein called Keratin. Ensure your diet includes eggs, lentils, soy, or lean meats. Superfoods: Include Walnuts, Almonds, and Flaxseeds (rich in Omega-3) and Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta) in your daily routine. Scalp Health: Avoid excessive heat styling and tight hairstyles. A weekly 5-minute scalp massage with rosemary or coconut oil can significantly improve blood circulation to the follicles. Patience: Hair growth takes time. Any supplement or dietary change will show visible results only after 12 to 16 weeks of consistent use.

Hair growth is usually affected by iron, vitamin D, protein intake, thyroid issues, stress, sleep and hormonal balance rather than one fast hair growth supplement alone. Biotin only supplements often help less unless there is an actual deficiency. If hair growth has become slower recently or there is hair fall thinning, it’s better to check ferritin, vitamin D, B12 and thyroid profile once 👍 You can book a consultation  many hair issues improve significantly once the exact deficiency or trigger is identified early.
