Hair fall during pregnancy

Asked for Female, 28 Years

What is the reason for hairfall during pregnancy, it's my 4th month and in 15th week. Having lot of hair loss... Is tis a sign of misscarriage...? I took NT scan in 12week 4days... Baby growth and hearbeats all are normal.. what could be the reason.. is it cause any problem with my pregnancy. Thanq.
