Hair fall and frizzness

Hi, I had normal fine hair with no major hair fall issues. But during lockdown my hair fall problem has grown like mountain I am under treatment too. 1st month after my treatment, 70% of hairfall reduced but then again from 1 month, i see too much of hair fall. As per Doctor suggestion i did d raise dosage for 8 weeks with other hair oil, shampoo, serum and new FOLLIHAIR tablets.now d raise dosage is completed n rest still i am following. But i have gone back to zero Any suggestions
