Hair Fall & Fertility

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Hello, From many people and on internet got to know that the hair fall ia symptom of infertility in men. My age is 27 year and 30-40% hair has been fallen out, also have pimples on face and on back. We are planning for baby so what precautions should I take, Will I be able to fertile as per my above conditions. Does what I have listen is myth or should I have take treatment. Please suggest, Thanking you..!
