Hair color during pregnancy

I have grey hairs on the front that is just above the forehead.only that area i have grey hairs so usually i do loreal inoa ammonia free dark brown color touchup very month.but now in this month i got to know that i am pregnant.so got this question in mind. So can i do hair touch up during pregnancy?
